the Fantastic 4 vs the Frightful 4

Frightful4

Synopsis: After a long recovery, Doom gathers new fantastic allies to finally kill the world’s most celebrated scientist Reed Richards!

Cast: The F4 and Doom would remain the same I love this team. Alicia would remain the same and I think she is the only other returning character.

Also this movie would be coming out in 2010 with Chris Evan’s the First Avenger coming out next year, I’m sure audiences will be fine with this.

I finished watching the second one and thought they genuinely could’ve made like 5 more movies cause even just the Fantastic corner of marvel has a wide assortment of characters that could’ve been a whole cinematic universe even without any mutants or Avengers or street tier characters.

And they already wanted to do a Silver Surfer spinoff movie. I don’t know anything about him so my only idea is that in 2009, he would have a film where he wakes up on Counter-Earth after absorbing Galactus and he goes to meet the Fantastics and only comes across the Counter versions like the Brute. He would eventually learn of the tyrannical High Evolutionary who wants to destroy the earth if only to be thwarted by his perfect creation, Adam Warlock. Warlock could have similar abilities as the Surfer in terms of matter manipulation as well as ‘understanding the soul’. Also flight and energy blasts. And then the High Evolutionary’s New Men Generator could be powered by sunspots. So the two would stop defeat him and his soldiers and save the day. Warlock would remain as Counter-Earth’s protector while Surfer finally returns home. Movie could be called Surfer and Warlock. That could lead to a potential Warlock spinoff or just joining the F4 later.

The position my girlfriend needs to put me in

So I was thinking of who to bring into this movie that would expand the franchise with even more spinoffs. Eventually, Fiege would have to start his universe with Fox instead of Disney lmao. Well honestly there’s three regal Fantastic characters that each have a “defeat the pretender to the throne” storyline which would feel repetitive if we adapted each of them so actually we could all have them in this movie and not deal with their succession crises and then they could each have a spinoff. Those characters are the King of Wakanda, the King of Atlantis, and the King of Attilan.

And he WILL wear the cape throughout this movie

Djimon Hounsou as King T’Challa: bro actually played as BP in an animated series and was suggested by Tim Story to be here. Would’ve been a decent role for him me thinks. This version of T’Challa would be BP for several years with his father long gone. He was have a reserved kind of wisdom but with reactive politicking and still yet great resolve and good morality. His connection to space is of course with the vibranium asteroid that inhabits his nation and yet I still want Djimon to play a down-to-earth tone with him. He is the King of Earth. Oh and powerscaling wise, he would be the same as the Civil War (2016) BP.

Namor so strong, he made DD wear a red on red costume

Jason Statham as Namor the Sub-Mariner: or just any white male I don’t see them casting a Hispanic in this time period especially since we are not writing that into his character here. But lmao, Jason would have to grow a little bit of hair for this role. This version will be super arrogant, which will not helped by his crush on Sue, and perhaps a bit retarded. I guess, the Johnny of his team. While mermen will just exist in this universe, he will still be a hybrid human-merman which mutated to grow ankle wings. He will wield his trident which allows him to do hydrokinetics and is said to come from the Moon. His outfit in this movie will be that black suit with the scales. He will value and respect strength most of all as the King of the Sea.

Ewan McGregor as Blackagar Boltagon: nah I just mean any white actor who can act while silent. He would do ASL here along with suspicious staring. Not much to characterize here but he would have a fairly strict morality in that he could even be more brutal in punishment than BP. But he can also be trusting and does desire good for both Inhumans and humans. This time Attilan will be on the Moon and all of the Inhumans faced mutation due to solar flares hitting the Moon over the centuries but their powers could still only awaken after Terrigenisis which wouldn’t be mentioned here tbh. I am NOT making him as overpowered as he should be. He can fly and he’ll still do vocal blasts but I’m not obliterating people with a whisper I fucking hate that. Probably with the least screentime, he is the King of the Sky.

Also appearing in this movie would be Shuri purely as the King’s assistant and not a tech genius like in the MCU. She would also be quite young. Also M’Baku would show up for one scene. Then in the sea, we would meet Namora; again a sister of the monarch but perhaps a young adult. Then on the Moon are Medusa along with visual cameos from Triton and Gorgon.

Crystal would be Johnny’s love interest of the week, played by perhaps Lacey Chabert or whoever else would be interesting. In this version she’d be a bit cheery and a good compliment to Johnny, supporting his wild side to fault. She would also be a scientist and use a ‘dumb valley girl’ facade in Act 1 but she is a genuinely nerdy person with much compassion and a forgiving morality. She would be the most powerful diplomat of sorts throughout the movie. While she wouldn’t use her powers that much in this film, she would still have her Avatar-like elemental control.

Some Old Angry White Man as Philip Masters: he is Alicia’s adopted father and will be an affluent man in Manhattan. He will not be a full villain in this movie, as the Puppet Master, as I don’t want to overfill this movie’s runtime. I had an idea that he would control Namor, BP, and BB against the F4 but there’s not enough time to build up to that…for now. So for now, he just doesn’t fuck with Grimm.

Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker/Spider-Man: for some insane reason I had forgotten F4 was not Fox produced and thought it was Sony’s BUT imagining that Sony would allow for what is a handful of cameos in order to be cut into a little of the box office since Raimi had finished his series. But then begging Tobey to come back would be a ridiculous effort although it would be inappropriate to debut Andrew Garfield here. My intention is just for him to guest star in some scenes and not be strongly apart of the story, showcasing what a cinematic universe should be like. Technically you can count every scene with him to be apart of the “Amazing Fantasy” Cut as none of it is essential to the movie and can be cut out for the theatrical. Here, Parker is a bit older as its been three years (at least) since the Sandman incident but he’s still poor and he’s still swinging around town.

And that’s it outside of the important characters.

I think I should actually start now.
