Those are the shows that I would’ve had throughout Phase 5 which I would have had also extended into this year. Phase 6 should last from 2027 to 2030, Trump willing. But before we get ahead of myself….
Secret Invasion
This should have been the movie to close Phase 4. I would’ve had skrulls show up willy nilly across all Phase 4 projects just even in the background. Then, in this movie, Nick Fury is on his moonbase when Talos tells him about Gravite’s plan and so they go to Earth to investigate without being able to trust anyone. Gravite would meet with his team that have taken over 5 Avengers along with a skrull ruling in the nuclear 5 (US, UK, Rus, China, France) so now they are ready to take over the world. In an hypnotic interrogation with Sam Wilson, Fury and Talos trusts that he is human and tells him to build a team with the same tactic that Fury used. At the next UN meeting, Fury reveals Gravite’s true face but then most of the room reveal themselves to be skrulls (except for Wakanda and a few others). A skrull* kills Fury but he has already sent his recording to Sam, Danvers, and various intelligence agencies. Regardless, Gravite moves with his plan while Sam eventually gathers his crew with Carol by her old flight base. He has Scott Lang, Shuri, Wong, Shang-Chi, Torres, and Bucky. The 7 divide and conqour skrull forces and then eventually reunite to defeat Gravite who will be transformed into a Super Skrull. Heroes on his side include War Machine, Bucky (plot twist), Quake (Daisy Johnson from Agents of Shield), Valkyrie, and a Spider-Man who does not hold back. They have only gotten their new forms in the last few months, not YEARS AGO. Blah blah blah the heroes win and Gravite fucking dies, and the right heroes wake up in their stasis chambers, and then a funeral for Fury where he shows up revealing that Talos sacrificed himself feeling responsible for Gravite. Bucky informs Sam that he should make this Avengers team official but he currently declines setting up the argument for his next movie. No necessary post credit scene.
Shang-Chi and the Deadly Hands of Kung-Fu
Listen, manga editors know what they are talking about when they suggest their mangaka should do a tournament arc. This will be a tournament arc and maybe closer in line to other Kung-Fu films. This would follow Brave New World and be a pretty big crossover film. One thing of note, in Thor 4, I would like him to die so that Jane Foster could continue to succeed him . We would see Chris Hemsworth here and maybe in Secret Wars which is just the same I guess. 😉
So the call from the rings in the last movie actually came from Heaven. Wong has been training Shaun and Katy as they have been invited to fight in the Tournament of Heaven. The Tournament is held once in a millennium, the last champion was Wenwu. The tournament is held between the 7 cities of Heaven which represent different earthly religions. Shang-Chi will be representing Ta-Lo. Wong, Shaun, Katy, and his sister Xialing arrive in Ta-Lo and greet the villagers before heading off on a dragon. Wenwu will join them from there. They’ll fly over the other cities like the one for Egypt and the one for Greece. At the top of a great mountain would be the Heaven of Heaven’s. Before the tournament begins, they’d see the town and meet other fighters. Now Wong is suspicious of everyone due a bad premonition he had. Other fighters include;
Thor (no hammer), Loki, Sif and Hela
Marc Spector
White Tiger (I was always gonna have him here before he showed up in DD)
Daredevil
Danny Rand, Colleen Wing, Orson Randall, (representing Kun-Lun)
Ares
There’s 16 others but those are the main ones we follow after preliminaries. And as you see competitors are alive and some are dead. Those dead could have a halo on their head. The fights aren’t to the death but players can kill each other (they’d just wake up in Heaven lol). The Jade Emperor, host of the tournament, just wants good competition. The fights should be fast paced, if at most 5 minutes. I do have Spector here just to give him another appearance but he doesn’t have his alters because that is a mental condition and we do not have time for that.
Eliminated fighters would wake up either back on Earth or in their own Heavenly city. For the top 8 I would have; Thor, Wong, Ares, Wenwu, Wing, Shaun, Tiger, Rand. After this round would be Wenwu, Shaun, Tiger, and Rand. Now there would be a short intermission for the fighters eat and rest before the final matches. The shapeshifting Fin Fang Foom would discard his Wenwu facade for a few others before reaching the Armory where the Jade Emperor keeps his four Regalias; the Susanoo Bow, the Mjolnir, Excalibur Blade, and the Aegis Shield. With these items, FFF would be the strongest like ever or something.
When the tournament resumes, FFF will kill the Jade Emperor and attack the crowd in his dragon form in which he is the size of a house. Watching from home, Wong will open a portal to Kamar-Taj where they can trap him in the barrier. Danny, Shaun, and Hector will team up to stop him using all the Kung-Fu disturbed in the tourney. At the end, Hector humbly takes bronze by conceding while Danny and Shaun will fight into the credits.
Uncanny X-Men
Past that I would like an X-Men film in Phase 6 that should come after this year’s Spider-Man and before the Doom movie.
This movie would open with the Rambeau-Danvers reunion in the old air field with Nova and Adam also present. Coming through the portal into 616 with Rambeau would be with Storm and Domino because they were having a girls day. After introductions, they go about their day. But elsewhere, those from Earth-41578 start showing up on Earth. Juggarnaut fights Spider-Man in NY. A sentinel fights the Champions in NJ. In Canada, Wolverine comes across the Hulk and Wendigo. In San Fran, Sam’s Avengers fend off against the Marauders. At Wundagore, the Maximoffs look at the engravings causing Alt Wanda to awaken the full Scarlet Witch powers. In China, Colleen fights Sabretooth. In Europe, Magneto and Frost gather what mutants they can but the war between Avengers and Mutants have already started. The movie would basically be Avengers vs X-Men including the Rogue-Marvel fight but this would be just the start of incursions. The Infinites will fail to intervene as Loki states the incursion is above his power. Eventually by the third act, Sam has his Avengers gathered against Frost’s X-Men but then the Fantastic 4 touchdown and a third earth appears in the sky.
That could start Doomsday but for right now I don’t know what they are trying to do. I hope the movie is peak cinema even without all of the projects I suggested 10 years later. Good luck Kev.
