This will be a chronicle of the two-thousand-twenty-third year according to the Gregorian calendar. Forgetting about the scientific passage of time, this chronicle will cover a year’s period since the final forgetting of the COVID virus. Most people now will consider this the first or second Post-Covid year and we will finally see most of what the plague postponed for us. This year featured a rise in Artificial Intelligence interest, the movie theater clusterfuck, many political revolutions across Africa, jeopardy for Tiktok, and the Post-Warming Disaster DLC event. Even so, the chronicle will feature a prime focus on the United States of America, the Anglo-Internet, and other relevant things at least experienced by the chronicler. It will in no way encompass the entire crazy year.
Despite this supposedly being a personal chronicle of the times, I didn’t take that many notes of anything. So there will be sources and some regurgitatations from Wikipedia about basic info. Other stuff will come from my weak memory and dreams.
